Back from China Trip

i'm back! well, i came back a week ago... but now i'm fully rested and ready to blog!

only 2 months left before school starts and i've decided to take care of my blog more regularly. this should be easy, like taking care of the lawn - just need to pick weeds, mow and water it once in a while...

oh screw it, what am i kidding? i can't take care of a lawn. i'm a nature phobic! forget about mowing the lawn, i can't even sit on grass - i always have the fear that little crawly wormy things will make their way into my jeans... yikes! oh right, i'm talking about updating my blog, not the lawn.

china trip was a great experience! love hongkong, love guanzhou, love shanghai, love shenzhen, love macao... i know, i'm a city girl and shopping gives me energy! ok, i'm not really a big shopper and my sis can prove that, but everything over there is much more affordable than here, so i ended up buying 8 pairs of shoes, 8 t-shirts, 3 dresses, and lots and lots of braaa.....oops, censor censor! well, i'm there also for *cough* ACADEMIC reason - to study the chinese architecture, to understand the asian culture, and to collaborate with the local students.

anyways, it's 8:45 in the morning - jet lag totally screw up my biological clock. well, more like it straighten up my biological clock. i just miraculously rise out of my bed at 8 every morning. very weird!

Right Foot

my right foot had a pretty bad day today...

i bumped her baby toe to the door frame while i was heading out to eat with friends... was screaming in agony while i hopped around the room w my left foot... came back 2 hrs later and was cleaning my messy room when i accidentally scrapped the back of my right foot to some sharp plexi sheets on the floor.

THAT RELLAY HURTS!!!

that's it! both my right foot and i had enough - we decided to stop moving around the house to prevent more accident.

Omelette Head

my dad has finally caught up with the 21st century - he's on msn messenger!
it's very weird to see ur own dad on msn sending message like, "how are u, daughter!"

...... (speechless)

and dad likes put himself on webcam AND audio! lol... what a newbie! he's probably really fascinated by all the little modern gagets. oh and remember when a person's status is offline, u can send him/her offline email messages? i keep getting dad's offline messages like "are u online?", "mom likes to talk to u"...

annnnyways... last night, i tried to use 2 egg yolks to condition my hair. well, whoever told me egg yolk is an excellent hair conditioner forgot to tell me not to rinse it with hot water!

yes, the whole bathroom smelled delicious...
yes, egg yolk turn all scramble on my hair...

August - hmm... too far back! can't think of any...
September - back in the dating world!
October - school work, school work, and more school work...
November - school work, school work, and more school work... errgh!
December - went on a 2 week trip to china with family. visited a few big cities: Shanghai, Suzou, & Hong-Kong

2005
January - back to school
February - went on a 5 days school trip to vancouver. almost forgot how beautiful vancouver is!
March - ok, now i'm all up to date!
